  • Booking is simple! Just fill out the contact form on my website or send me a message with details about your session. Once we confirm availability, I’ll send over a booking proposal and retainer invoice to secure your date.

  • My pricing is listed transparently on my website with no hidden costs. I serve clients within 30 miles of West Des Moines, Iowa at no additional charge. For sessions outside that range, a travel fee will apply, calculated using the current IRS standard mileage rate of $0.725 per mile (2026 rate).

  • Yes— a non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session (depending on the type of shoot).

  • I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 3–6 months (or more) for weddings and events, as dates can fill quickly.

  • I’ll guide you! After booking, you’ll receive a style guide with tips on colors, outfits, and what photographs best. Generally, I recommend neutral tones, minimal patterns, and coordinating (not matching) outfits.

  • You’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days, and your full gallery is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks for sessions and 3–6 weeks for events or weddings.

  • Your images will be delivered in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
